Next Sunday 1st September at 10:30 Service (St Michaels) Unveiling of Sculpture created by Revd Annie HenryHolland who will also preach. Canon Jem explains: The sculpture is of the woman reaching out to touch the hem of Jesus’ cloak. (Matthew 9. 21 & Mark 5. 28).
Those who reached out were also healed (Matthew 14. 36 & Mark 6. 56).
This art work is to illustrate what we offer of ourselves at St Michael’s as we imagine we too are the Hem of the Cloak.

Storage shortage. An effort has been made to tidy various areas that were being used to store donated goods. As we are really limited in what we can usefully store, anyone church sitting or present is asked to politely decline offers of donations (except cash!) unless it has been checked as required by clergy or our Outreach and Mission Leads who will have an onward destination in mind.

Deanery Medieval Event Sat 28th September at Dipper Bridge £10. Please see posters for details. Tickets available via your clergy.
