Newquay Flower Festival is under two weeks time. Volunteers to ‘church sit’ between 10am and 6pm are still needed and waiters/waitresses to serve lunches and teas. If you can spare a couple of hours, please see Tricia for church sitting and Jennifer for catering. On Sunday 26th May, the festival opens at 12 noon after morning service. A cold lunch will be available consisting of a ham, chicken or cheese salad, hot drink and a pudding all for £5.00. There is a list in the Narthex for pre-orders. This would be a great opportunity to sit down and lunch together after service while enjoying the floral displays. Please add your name and choice of salad today.

On 7th July St Michaels will be welcoming our new Deacon, Lee, for the first time. His ordination will take place at the Cathedral on Friday 28th June and all are welcome to attend this service.
The next Farmers Market is on Saturday 1st June at 10:00am at Columb Minor

Christian Aid Week runs from Sunday 12th to Saturday 18th May. Volunteers are requested to help with a collection at Morrisons on Monday 13th (see Sylvia) and there is a cream tea on Wednesday 15th May at The Salvation Army Hall in Crantock Street at 2:30pm in Aid.
